Paid to Surf Programs
Hi there, new to paid to surf programs? Well, basically, the name says it all. These companies will pay you for the time you spend on the internet with their ad bars active. They get their money from the advertisers and in return for your service they divide a part of that sum to you. Here is a listing of the best companies out there. You have nothing to lose by joining these companies. So give it a try! And trust me, it pays off when the checks start rolling in. You can sign up for all of these companies and when you have reached the maximum hours, just switch your ad bar to another company. From my experiences, you can sometimes have more than one ad bars from different companies active at the same time.
1 point is approximately 1.5 US cents.
From my personal experiences, the company I enjoy using most is one which provides you with an ad bar instead of their own unique web browser. In this way, not only will you save yourself space on your hard drive, but it makes using more than one ad bar possible. In addtion, I would also like to point out the fact that if you join from my website, you will become a part of my downline. This means that I will be compensated according to the rates at the levels shown; the same goes for you if you refer other people. Overall, this does not cost or effect you in any way, but it makes my time researching about these companies worthwhile.
Here are some of my advices for making money using these companies. First of all, most of the companies is on a first come first serve basis, in which the sooner you join, the sooner you can start surfing for money. So join now. And you might be thinking to yourself, surfing for 40 hours is a long time. But hey, you don't have to actually sit at your computer for 40 hours straight! I have a program that will do the surfing for you. How it works is by making the ad bar still think that you are surfing by automatically changing the URL and at the same time moving the mouse. So all you have to do to get your hours in is to leave your computer on for a few nights with the fake surfer on and you will be well on your way to receiving monthly checks.

AllAdvantage
AllADvantage's "viewbar" will sit below your favorite browser. You can use AllAdvantage in conjunction with Spedia, which is a great deal! The ad window has a "light" that is green when earning and red when not earning. Their ad program gets added to the "startup" group so you may want to move this if using other pay-to-surfs. AllADvantage's current maximum is 25 hours but they plan to expand it to 40 hours. If you go over the maximum hours, your hours will not be lost, but will be carried over to the next month. Their payout levels are 50 cents per hour for you and 10, 5, 5, 5 and 5 cents per hour for referals. I definitely recommend this one.
AllCommunity
AllCommunity pays you $.50 per hour with up to 40 hours a month. There are 4 levels of referals. They have more than one way to make money: one of the way is to surf, and the otherne is to read emails. The program is not yet active yet but AllCommunity recommends that you start referring people so when the service is available you can start making money right away. They will send you an email when the program is active so you can download their ad bar.
Desktop Dollars
ProfitClick has been renamed to Desktop Dollars. The site is now up and you can join and get referrals. The old Profitclick site was a beta and was mistakenly linked on a public web page. Their payout levels are 50 cents per hour for you and 10, 2, 2, 2 and 2 cents per hour for referals. Desktop Dollars is ready for download after you join.
Desktop Horizon
Desktop Horizon pays you $.60 cents per hour with up to 40 hours per month. With yourself alone you can make $24.00. Desktop Horizon puts a small banner called The Horizon that is 60 x 80 pixels and only takes up 10 % of your screen at a resolution of 640 x 480. The Horizon is not ready but if you sign up they will send you a email when you can download it.
ePIPO
ePIPO payout is points per hour which translate to cents. I don't know why they don't say cents to begin with but if they pay, who cares? Their payout levels are 60 cents per hour for you and 10, 10, 10, 10 and 10 cents per hour for referals. Even with the 50 hour max, this one could really add up! Their browser bar is not out yet so all you can do is sign up.
Spedia
Spedia is one of the best paid to surf programs that I am currently using. You will be able to download their ad bar right away after you have sign up with them. Unlike most other companies, Spedia pays you not by the hour, but by the points you accumulate. Every minute is one point. There is absolutely no limits to the number of points you accumulate. So if you have your fake surfer on, this one will definitely be a good investment.
UtopiAD
UtopiAD is a bit different in that it gives a PERCENTAGE of ad revenue instead of an hourly rate. Their payout levels are 40% for you and 10%, 5%, 2% and 1% for referals. I didn't find an hour maximum at their site's FAQ so this one could add up big! You may use more than one computer but may have only one account. Don't forget to turn Javascript on before logging in to check your account.
ValuePay
Valuepay is paying a PERCENTAGE of ad revenue instead of an hourly rate. Their payout levels are 50% for you and 5%, 2.5%, 2.5%, 2.5% and 2.5% for referals. Their maximum monthly payout for your activity is $50 but there is no limit for referrals activity payments! The percentages may look like they should be doubled what I listed but you are getting a percentage of your referrals payouts and their cut is 50% of the total ad revenue. You may use more than one computer but may have only one account. Their ads will fit in the upper right of your browser screen in a generally unused portion of the title bar.
Sharkhunt
Again, like most paid to surf companies, Sharkhunt uses what they call the Adbar, and this will sit on top of your screen and you can move it anywhere. Since this company is based in London, they pay you monthly by the pound. In US dollars they pay you approximately 40 cents per hour. You can exchange your points for cash or you can use it in their bargain channel.
Surfing2Cash
Surfing2Cash pays you $.60 cents per hour. The referral levels go all the way to level five, in which they pay you $.05 cents for the first two levels, $.03 for the next two, and $.02 for the next level. Their adbar is not yet available for download, but after you sign up they will send you an email telling you whey you can download it and start making money.
DotAD
Advertisers today are prepared to pay between $20 and $50 for you to see a thousand ads. This is commonly referred to as CPM (cost per thousand impressions). DotAD will pay you a percentage of revenues for the ads that you and your friends view with Harry (Harry is somewhat like the ad bar), based on current CPM rates. You will get 75% of total revenue generated from your viewing, an additional 5% of revenues generated by your first generation referrals, 4% for second generation referrals, 2% each for third and fourth generation referrals, 1% each for fifth and sixth generation referrals. Just remind your friends to insert your ID number when joining and they will be added to your referral tree, up to 6 generations.
